What triggers it
"Shipping cost value too high" means the price in your shipping settings or the shipping attribute's price sub-attribute exceeds the maximum Google will accept. It's almost never intentional; the near-universal cause is a data entry slip, an extra zero typed in, a decimal point dropped, or a value entered in pence and read as pounds (or vice versa).

Step by step
- Find the flagged products in Diagnostics. Merchant Center shows you exactly which products carry an out-of-range shipping value.
- Check the raw value for an obvious error. Look for an extra zero, a decimal point in the wrong place, or a currency mismatch (pence entered as pounds is the classic one).
- Correct the value at the source. Fix it in your account-level shipping settings or the product's shipping attribute, whichever holds the mistaken figure.
- Re-submit and confirm the flag clears. Once the value is within Google's accepted range, the error should clear on the next crawl.
